DAY 1
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to. Surrounded by coffee plantations and overlooking Mount Meru, the hotel offers a peaceful setting to rest after your international journey and prepare for the safari ahead.
DAY 2
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scenic flight into Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, begin your first game drive across the vast plains as you make your way to camp. The Serengeti during this season offers outstanding wildlife viewing, with large herds and active predator sightings.
DAY 3
Spend the day exploring the central Serengeti ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives. The region is known for its excellent year-round wildlife concentration including lions, cheetahs, leopards and large herbivore herds. Later, continue to your next lodge where the views stretch endlessly across the plains.
DAY 4
Depart the Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Descend into the extraordinary Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its dense wildlife population and dramatic landscapes. Enjoy a full game drive across the crater floor before ascending to your lodge overlooking the highlands.
DAY 5
Continue your safari with a visit to Lake Manyara National Park, a diverse ecosystem famous for its lush groundwater forest, birdlife, and tree-climbing lions. Game drives explore the forested areas, open plains, and lakeshore environments.
DAY 6
Today’s journey continues to Tarangire National Park, known for its ancient baobab trees and some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. After a rewarding game drive through the park, return toward Arusha for a relaxing evening.
DAY 7 – 10
Fly to the tropical island of Zanzibar where turquoise waters and white-sand beaches offer the perfect conclusion to your safari adventure. Your stay at Melia Zanzibar allows time for relaxation as well as optional activities including snorkeling, diving, dolphin experiences, cultural visits to Stone Town, and sunset dhow cruises.
DAY 11
After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a final relaxed morning on the island. Depending on your flight schedule, you may take time to walk along the beach, enjoy the ocean views, or simply unwind before your journey home.
