Busy Arusha is an essential part of safari life here in northern Tanzania and most travelers pass through at some stage. Whether youāre on your way out on safari or here for a little longer, youāll catch a glimpse of streets filled with energy and color.

ā Meals & Drinks: Meals at your own expense. Drinks not included. -
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
Explore one of Tanzaniaās most rewarding national parks, a land of big baobab trees, big elephants and big cats. No wonder this ends up being the favorite park in Tanzania for many visitors. Sightings of wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, baboons, vervet monkeys and zebras are also almost guaranteed. Lions are plentiful here ā Tarangire is home to one of Tanzaniaās healthiest lion populations. While youāll have to work a little harder to see a cheetah or leopard, it will only enhance your excitement when you do. You can also look forward to classic safari scenery ā savannah plains, river woodlands and rocky hills.
ā Main Destination: Tarangire National Park
ā Accommodation: Marera Valley Lodge
ā Meals & Drinks: All meals included. All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor). -
Day 3 - 4 Serengeti National Park
When people dream of the Serengeti, it's probably the Central Serengeti they're dreaming of. That's because you're in the perfect place to see all that the Serengeti has to offer, and this is the area of the park where wildlife is present in the biggest numbers. It's also filled with acacia trees and those Serengeti horizons that seem to go on forever.
Activity Day 3
āYou'll be heading down more safari trails in search of animals in Central Serengeti National Park when we take you on a guided game drive. This is the best thing about many safaris, and you'll hopefully see many animals.
Activities Day 4
āCome and see the best of Central Serengeti National Park as we take you out on a guided game drive. It really is a terrific way to feel a part of Africa with the wind in your hair as we drive you around to look for animals.

ā Main Destination: Serengeti National Park
ā Accommodation: Lahia Tented Lodge
ā Meals & Drinks: All meals included. All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor). -
Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro is a special place and the first time that you descend onto the crater floor is like no other safari experience in Africa. This is a world unto itself, one where youāll encounter the craterās 600-strong population of hyenas, as well as critically endangered black rhinos. Youāll also find elephants with larger-than-average tusks, and more than 50 lions living in the crater. But itās the sheer beauty of Ngorongoro that will most likely live longest in your memory. From early morning, mist rises from the crater, revealing steep, forested walls, secret waterways where hippos wallow, and a world of abundant wildlife hidden away from the rest of the world.
Walking safari, Ngorongoro Highlands
You'll never get tired of going on a walking safari, where you'll leave behind the vehicle and step out into the wild. It can be a little nerve-wracking at first, but you'll be walking with an experienced guide and it's very safe. It can be a real thrill walking in this way, and most people fall in love with the experience.
ā Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater Park
ā Accommodation: Farm House Valley Lodge
ā Meals & Drinks: All meals included. All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor).
-
Day 6 - Lake Manyara National Park
Strung out in the shadow of the Rift Valley escarpment, that great fracture in the earthās surface that divides Africa in two, Lake Manyara is one of Tanzaniaās more unusual parks. Here youāll certainly see the elephants for which the park is famous, and, if youāre really lucky, one of the parkās equally wellknown tree-climbing lions. Thereās also a lake filled with wading birds, plenty of olive baboons, and dense forests that make you feel that exciting animals could emerge from the trees at any moment. Itās a wonderful chance to mark the transition between the lower plains and the Crater Highlands (with Ngorongoro Crater) away to the west.
ā Main Destination: Lake Manyara National Park
ā Accommodation: Burunge Lodge
ā Meals & Drinks: All meals included. All drinks (Except for spirits/liquor). -
Day 7 & 8 Zanzibar Island
